fluctuating counts??

Hi all, So I'm now 3.5 months post-Campath. My counts (as expected) were in the toilet (no retics and ANC less than 100) for the first ~9 weeks after the treatment, but then they started (very slowly) increasing. At my 3 month checkup, my retic count was in the normal range, and my neutrophils were close to 1000. A week later, the neutrophils were over 1000. Then last week, all of my counts bottomed out again and I got a bladder infection. I assume that no one else on this forum has received Campath, but for those of you who have done ATG/cytoxan without transplant/natural therapies, did you experience huge, relatively rapid fluctuations in the course of your response? Obviously, the infection played a role here, whether it was cause of the drop or the result. I'm just really frustrated to be starting almost from scratch again and am wondering if others have had similar experiences. Thank you in advance and hope everyone is continuing to do well!
